REFUND POLICY AT WEBSITE BUILDERS PRO

Website Builders Pro pledges to work on 100% customer satisfaction. However, in case of finding any duplicates in our work or failing to match your requirements and not completing your given task in the time then you are liable to claim a refund. Website Builders Pro refund policy will be null if;

The following requests best define the refund scenario at Website Builders Pro:

- If you lodge a refund request within 48 hours, a sum of 66% of the amount will be refunded (inclusive of service and processing fees), in between 48-120 hours, a sum of 33% of the amount will be refunded and after 120-hours period is over, we will not entertain any refund request. However, as customer satisfaction is our priority, we encourage clients to get in touch with us for any concerning matter.

- You are applicable of the refund after verifying the 3 revisions from our side.

- Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.

- If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.

- The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 15 days, from the date of purchase.

- Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.

- In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.

- The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.

- The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.

- The company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.

- Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.

- The creative brief is lacking in the required information.

- A complete design change has been demanded.

- The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ period.

- The business is closing or changing name or business.

- Promo prices are not applicable to our refund policy.

- The client will not be given any margin to lodge a refund request after the 30-days period starting from the date of order.

- All refunds should be processed by contacting the support staff. We own the rights to discard your refund case if it violates our working paradigm and the decorum we work with.

How To Get Your Refund?

The following criteria should be met when it comes to your refund:

- Contact us and we'll get back to you.

- You can also send a refund request on our email.

- Contact the concerned department.

- Once the refund is processed, the design rights will be obtained by us.

- You will not be permissible to upload, represent and show any versions of the design completed for you.

We also wish to inform that Website Builders Pro work with the Government Copyright Agencies and submit designs that are eligible for the refund. This ensures that none of our work gets used or commercialized after the refunding amount is settled.
